摘要
大口径调节阀具有控制精度高,流量大等特点,广泛应用于长输油、天然气管道的站场调节等工况。本文以国内某场站大口径阀的设计为例,利用现代设计手段,通过CFD(计算流体力学)软件模拟,拟合了流量特性曲线,优化阀门内部流道结构,降低阀体本身的流阻系数,提高了流通能力。
Large-bore control valves have the characteristics of high control precision and heavy flow, which can be widely used in many service conditions as long-distance oil transportation and natural gas pipeline .etc.. In this paper, we optimally design the flow path of control valves by CFD (computational fluid mechanics) software stimulating the flow rating curve, taking some domestic terminal of transportation piping for example. This design can reduce the flow resistance coefficient and improve flow capacity.
