摘要
草甘膦是一种广谱灭生性除草剂,在全球的农药类产品中占比约30%,且销售量每年呈递增趋势[4]。目前主要有烷基酯和亚磷酸二甲酯生产路线,本文主要介绍亚磷酸二甲酯路线生产草甘膦的自动控制策略。草甘膦的生产是典型的间歇性生产过程,主要由甘氨酸、多聚甲醛、二甲酯经过三乙胺的催化完成合成反应,其反应机理及其复杂,控制精度要求较高(温度控制±1℃)。为了满足工艺生产要求,实现提高生产效率、产品收率、产品质量的目的,采用精准的自动化控制策略,经过多个现场的使用及优化,建立完整的控制模型及温控曲线,为草甘膦生产的自动化控制提供较高的参考价值。
Glyphosate is a broad-spectrum herbicide, in the global pesticide products accounted for approximately 30% and annual sales presentation increasing trend. At present, the main production routes of alkyl ester and methyl ester of two methyl ester, this paper mainly introduces the automatic control strategy of the production of glyphosate by two methyl ester route. The production of glyphosate is is typical of intermittent production process, mainly composed of glycine, poly formaldehyde, dimethyl after triethylamine catalyzed complete synthesis reaction, the reaction mechanism and the complexity of the control precision requirements of ( high temperature control ±1℃).In order to satisfy the requirements of production technology, improve production efficiency, improve product yield, improve product quality, the accurate automatic control strategy, after use and optimization of multiple sites, the establishment of complete control model and temperature curve, provide high reference value for glyphosate production automation control.
