摘要
本文介绍了华能营口电厂#2机组引风机变频改造热控自动控制的方案实施、控制参数的整定及试验。变频方式工作时引风机根据机组负荷不同的变化而改变出力,同时要保证炉膛负压在允许的范围内变化,当一台变频器重故障跳闸时切换到工频方式,该侧调节挡板关到指定位置控制炉膛压力。
This paper introduces the implementation plan of the IDF transducer reform of Yingkou Huaneng Power Plant, it also introduces the setting and experiment of control parameters. When the frequency conversion mode works, the output power varies according to the load of the unit ,same time to ensure the furnace pressure to change within allowable range, and it can be switch to power frequency mode when one of transducer fault trip, the measuring adjustment baffle will be closed to the setting position to control the pressure of the furnace.
