目的:探讨31例急性阑尾炎患者CT诊断及应用价值,材料与方法:31例急性阑尾炎采用CT平扫重建方法,分析其影像特征并与临床及手术病理相对照。结果:31例疑诊急性阑尾炎患者中CT诊断急性阑尾炎9例,9/31,急性阑尾炎并阑尾炎周围炎12例,12/31,阑尾穿孔2例,2/31,阑尾脓肿并炎性包块8例,8/31,急性阑尾炎直接CT表现有阑尾增粗大于6mm,壁增厚,阑尾结石1。间接表现有阑尾周围脂肪组织有索状阴影,阑尾周围间隙有液体渗出及少许气泡形成,脓肿及炎性包块。结论:多层螺旋CT便于阑尾定位,显示阑尾周围病变情况,诊断符合率高,并对阑尾脓肿,炎性包块和肿瘤进行鉴别。

Purpose： to explore the CT in the diagnosis of 31 cases of acuteappendicitis patients and application value,Materials and Methods： 31 case acte- appendicitis using CT scan reconstruction method,analyze the imaging featuresand clinical and surgical pathology. Results： 31 patients with suspected diagnosis of acute appendicitis in 9 cases of CT in the diagnosis of acute appendicit is,9 /31,and acute appendicitis appendicitis around 12 cases,12 /31,perforation in 2 cases,2 /31,theappendix abscess and inflammatory bag piece 8 cases 8 /31,acute appendicitis CT performance directly appendix bulky in 6 mm,wall thickening,stone of appendix. Indirect performance periappendicural adipose tissue funicular shadow,periappendicural clearance has a liquid and a little bubble formation,abscess and inflammatory mass. Conclusion：MDCT is advantageous for the appendix positioning,according to the appendix around lesions,diagnosis coincidence rate is high,and the appendix abscess,inflammatory masses and tumor were identified.
