MSCT及后处理技术在胸部外伤中的应用价值

The Value of MSCT and Post-Processings in Diagnosis of the Chest Trauma

目的:探讨MSCT及后处理技术在胸部外伤诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:收集胸部外伤患者167例,应用MSCT容积扫描并行多平面容积重组(MPR)、容积再现法(VR)等图像后处理技术观察。结果:肋骨骨折134例,胸骨骨折11例,不完全性肋骨骨折7例,肋软骨骨折2例,肩胛骨骨折16例,胸椎压缩骨折9例,胸椎附件骨折14例,肺挫伤110例,肺撕裂伤16例,支气管断裂伤2例,Maklin效应2例,气胸96例,血气胸78例,纵隔气肿39例,纵隔血肿9例,膈肌破裂4例,1例患者合并主动脉夹层。结论:MSCT及后处理技术的联合应用,能发现更多细微征象,能对胸部外伤骨折、相近软组织及脏器损伤等作出快速、准确的诊断,指导临床医生对患者进行及时、有效的救治,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Purpose： To evaluate the value of MSCT and post-processings in diagnosis of the chest trauma. Materials and Methods： Methods Collect 167 cases of chest trauma patients,application of MSCT volume scanning parallel multi planar volume reconstruction（ MPR）,volume rendering（ VR） were used to evaluate the image after processing. Results： 134 cases of rib fracture,11 cases of sternal fractures,incomplete rib fractures in 7 cases,2 cases of costal cartilage fracture,16 cases of scapular fractures,thoracic vertebral compression fractures in 9 cases,thoracic accessory fracture in 14 cases,110 cases of pulmonary contusion,16 cases pulmonary laceration,2 cases of bronchial rupture,2 cases of Maklin effect,96 cases of pneumothorax,78 cases of pneumothorax,39 cases of mediastinal emphysema,9 cases of mediastinal hematoma,4 cases of diaphragmatic rupture,1 cases of patients with aortic dissection. Conclusion： The combination of MSCT and postprocessing techniques,can find more subtle signs of chest trauma fractures,soft tissue and organ damage similar to the rapid and accurate diagnosis,timely and effective treatment to guide clinicians in patients,with higher clinical application value.
