摘要
目的:探讨单侧输尿管多发结石的分型,分析各型的声像特征,进一步提高超声诊断水平。材料与方法:对68例经临床证实单侧输尿管多发结石患者(1型堆积型结石、Ⅱ型多段型结石、Ⅲ型游走型结石)的声像图表现进行分型,结合各型检查方法进行分析。结果:68例患者声像图表现l型45例,Ⅱ型l7例,Ⅲ型6例,其中上段结石27例,中段结石l5例,下段结石41例。结论:重视对单侧输尿管多发结石的认识,完善相应的探查方法,有利于提高输尿管多发结石的检出率和诊断准确率。
Purpose： To explore the poly-calculi subtype of unilateral ureteral and analyze the sonograph features of each subtype,so elevate the diagnosis level of sonograph. Materials and Methods： We classified 68 patients clinical diagnosed with unilateral ureteral poly-calculi and categorized subtypes according to the sonograph manifestations（ type Ⅰ accumulating calculi,type Ⅱ multisegment calculi,type Ⅲ migratory calculi）,and analyze according to test method of each type.Results： Sonograph of 45 patients shown as type Ⅰ,17 were type Ⅱ,and 6 were type Ⅲ,of all 27 were upper segment calculi,15 were middle segment calculi and 41 were lower segment calculi. Conclusion： Emphasizing the recognition of unilateral ureteral poly-calculi and improving correlated test method can help to elevate the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy rate of ureteral poly-calculi.
