图文并茂在脊柱手术术前访视中的应用

Picture Illustrated Applied In Preoperative Spine Surgery Visit

目的:探讨图文并茂在脊柱手术术前访视中的应用效果。材料与方法:对2014年1月-2015年2月共54例(实验组)脊柱手术患者的术前访视中并用图文并茂。再进行回顾性总结分析,跟原来2013年1月-2013年12月术前访视没采用图文并茂的54例(对照组)脊柱手术患者进行比较。结果:降低了手术患者的焦虑值,降低了术中术后并发症,提高了满意度,两组比较(P<0.05)。结论:图文并茂使患者及家属对一些医疗术语和知识通俗易懂,及时调整心态,增强依从性,以良好的心理配合手术,从而提高手术治疗效果,这不但提高患者战胜疾病的信心,减少并发症;还提高手术室护士综合素质,提高手术室的工作效率和护理质量。

Purpose： To explore the effect of application of picture illustrated in in preoperative spine surgery visit.Materials and Methods： 54 cases during 2014- 01 to 2015- 02 spine surgery patients were used picture illustrate（ trail group） in the preoperative visit. And retrospectively analyzed,compared with 54 patients pre- spine surgery were not used picture illustrate（ control group）. Results： Using of picture illustrate decrease the anxiety degree and comorbidity during operation,and increase the satisfactory of patients compared to the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： picture illustrate makes medical term and knowledge more understandable,adjust the mind timely and enhance the compliance,positively cooperated during operation,so that increase the effect,not only make patients more confident to conquer the disease and decrease comorbidity,and also increase the general quality of nurses in operation room and increase the efficiency and nurse quality.
