功能性电刺激结合减重步行训练治疗脑卒中患者的步行能力康复疗效观察

Observation the Effect of Funtional Electical Stimulation Union Body Weight Support Treadmill Training Therapy on Patient's Walking Ability After Stroke

目的:探讨功能性电刺激结合减重步行训练治疗脑卒中患者的步行能力康复疗效观察。材料与方法:将60例首次发病脑卒中患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。两组取用相同的常规康复治疗方法,治疗组加用功能性电刺激结合减重步行训练。入选患者分别于治疗前、治疗后接受功能性步行量表(FAC)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA),评定患者步行能力、下肢运动功能指标评价疗效。结果:治疗4周后两组各项指标评分较治疗前均有明显改善(p<0.01);组间疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);结论:功能性电刺激结合减重步行训练治疗对改善脑卒中患者的步行能力的良好的治疗效果。

Purpose： To observe the effect of Funtional Electical Stimulation union Body Weight Support Treadmill Training therapy on patient＇s walking ability after stroke. Materials and Methods： 60 subjects with first cerebral infarction were randomly assigned into 2 groups： Treamen- t group or Controlled group. two group received same rehabilitation therapy,treament group add Funtional Electical Stimulation union Body Weight Support Treadmill Training treat. Measurements included Functional walking assessment（ FAC） walking ability,Fugl- Meyer motorassessment（ FMA） for lower extremity motor function. Measurements were recorded before tre- atment,and after treatment. Results： Obvious improvement were found in the index score of the two groups after the treatment（ P〈0. 01）; Compared curative effect between two grou- ps,Treament group were superior to controlled group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： that is good effecton Funtional Electical Stimulation union Body Weight Support Treadmill Training therapy on patient＇s walking ability after stroke
