古井对自动化控制系统在白酒收、存、勾、滤、发、灌装等生产全过程作了充分的调研和论证,并成功实施应用,实现了设备控制、过程控制、生产控制之间的"管控一体化"。同时,在系统通讯采取双网结构、多任务多配方同时执行、酒品代码比对、多重防错纠错功能设计、酒体参数温度酒度补偿等方面进行了创新。
Gujing has successfully implemented the automatic control system for alcohol based on sufficient investigation and demonstration in the whole production process including collection, storage, blending, filtering, fermentation, and canning, etc, achieving integration of equipment control, process control and production control. In the meanwhile, innovations has been made in dual-network communication,multi-task and multi-recipe, comparison of alcohol code, multi error-proof design and temperature and alcohol content compensation, etc.
