近几年,随着葡萄酒加工业的发展,葡萄酒加工设备也获得了显著的提高,葡萄酒加工设备向着大型化、自动化发展,新型葡萄酒加工设备得以涌现和发展,出现了一些新的变化。论述了我国葡萄酒的特点,设备选型,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。

In the last few years,with the development of wine process industry,wine process equipment have significantly increased and wine process equipment trends large-scal、automation development,new type wine process equipment have emergence and development,some new changes have taken place. In this paper,it discussed wine characteristics, equipment type selection and provide a useful guidance for future studies to wine process equipment development.
