单排栅缝元件降膜流动研究

摘要 通过对高黏流体在单排栅缝元件上的降膜流动过程进行实验观察,研究了降膜流动过程中单排栅缝上液膜的成膜效率、成膜特性与操作条件、结构参数以及与流体黏度之间的关系。实验发现:不完整液膜表现为流道破裂的不连续现象;流道过长容易出现边缘传质死区。栅缝元件的开口缝宽增大、栅缝铁丝的丝间距减小、流体黏度的减小均可以使栅缝降膜流动的成膜效率提高。 The phenomenon of high viscosity fluid flow falling film on the single row grid element was studied via observation experiment.The effects of operating condition,structure parameter and physical properties on the film-forming characteristics and efficiency are investigated.Experimental results indicate that incomplete liquid film is the discontinuous falling film on the flow channel,and the mass transfer"dead zone"is likely to appear if the channel is too long.Additionally,the efficiency of the film-forming on the single row grid element increases with increasing width of the aperture of the grid element and decreasing wire spacing and fluid viscosity.
