摘要
以环己醇为原料,在自制的铜基(CuO/ZnO/Al2O3/Cr2O3)催化剂上,气相催化脱氢制备环己酮,研究了反应温度、液时空速和物料配比等因素对合成反应的影响。在反应温度220~240℃,液时空速2.0~3.0h-1,n(氢)∶n(环己醇)为7.5~8.5的条件下,环己醇转化率达95%以上,环己酮选择性达90%以上。
Preparation of cyclohexanone by dehydrogenating cyclohexanol over copper based catalyst(CuO/ZnO/Al2O3/Cr2O3)is investigated.The effects of reaction temperature,liquid hourly space velocity(LHSV),H2/cyclohexanol molar ratio on the dehydrogenation reaction are studied.The optimal reaction conditions are obtained as follows:220~240℃ of reaction temperature,2.0~3.0h-1 of LHSV of cyclohexanol,7.5~8.5∶1of H2/cyclohexanol molar ratio,which give an 95% of convertion of cyclohexanol and 90% of the selectivity of cyclohexanone.
