摘要 颅内动脉瘤是蛛网膜下腔出血的首要原因,具有很高的致残率和致死率。颅内动脉瘤形成的具体机制尚不十分清楚,文中就高血压病、血流动力学、脂质代谢和炎症反应等与颅内动脉瘤形成机制密切相关的后天因素进行综述,对颅内动脉瘤的预防和治疗具有一定的参考价值。 Intracranial aneurysm is a primary cause of subarachnoid hemorrhage, which has very high morbidity and mortality. The specific mechanisms for the formation of intracranial aneurysm are not clear at present. The acquired factors related to hypertension, hemodynamics, lipid metabolism and inflammatory reaction of the mechanism of intracranial aneurysm formation were reviewed, which provided reference value for the prevention and treatment of intracranial aneurysm.
