血浆置换与血浆免疫吸附对神经系统自身免疫性疾病的疗效与不良反应分析

Analysis of curative effect and adverse reactions by plasma exchange and plasma immunoadsorption for neurological autoimmune diseases

目的分析血浆置换与血浆免疫吸附对神经系统自身免疫性疾病的疗效以及不良反应。方法 106例神经系统自身免疫性疾病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各53例。观察组采用血浆免疫吸附法,对照组采用血浆置换法。对比两组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组住院时间、症状好转时间、治疗后各抗体指标水平及不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血浆免疫吸附法在治疗神经系统自身免疫性疾病中具有较好的应用效果,能够显著缩短患者住院时间,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze curative effect and adverse reactions by plasma exchange and plasma immunoadsorption for neurological autoimmune diseases. Methods A total of 106 patients with neurological autoimmune diseases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 53 cases in each group. The observation group received plasma immunoadsorption and the control group received plasma exchange. Curative effects and adverse reactions were compared. Results The observation group had all better hospital stay time, symptom relief time, antibody indexes levels after treatment, and incidence of adverse reactions than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Plasma immunoadsorption shows good application effect in treating neurological autoimmune diseases. This method can remarkably shorten hospital stay time and reduce incidence of adverse reactions, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
