股神经阻滞在前交叉韧带重建术后对疼痛和康复的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨前交叉韧带重建术患者应用股神经阻滞对术后疼痛和康复的影响。方法 80例前交叉韧带断裂患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。观察组进行股神经阻滞,对照组进行常规手术。比较两组疼痛和康复的影响。结果观察组术后2 h、术后7 d镇痛效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后2 h、28 d关节活动度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组应用吗啡9例,平均用量(8.1±1.9)mg;对照组应用吗啡18例,平均用量(9.7±2.4)mg,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呕吐、恶心9例,对照组5例,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前交叉韧带重建术中应用股神经阻滞,可缓解术后疼痛,加快康复进程,且具有较高安全性,对保障患者预后价值显著。
