医学信息生态系统的构建与运行机制研究

Research on Construction and Operating Mechanism of Medical Information Ecosystem

无论是社会还是医学界在医学信息资源开发利用过程中普遍存在"技术化倾向"问题,没有综合考虑信息生态视角,只片面强调医学信息技术及医学信息系统的重要作用,由此导致了医学信息资源环境的生态失衡。本文用"信息生态"思维重塑医学知识形态,构建和谐医学信息生态系统,建立社会——自然——经济系统的生态和谐,从而更好地为人类健康服务。

In the process of development and utilization of medical information resources, both the society and the medicalcommunity generally have the problem of ＂technical tendency＂. There is no comprehensive consideration from the perspec-tive of information ecology, only one-sided emphasis on the important role of medical information technology and medicalinformation system, which leads to the ecological imbalance of the environment of medical information resources. In this pa-per, ＂information ecology＂ thought is used to reshape the medical knowledge. We construct a harmonious medical informa-tion ecosystem and build a ecological harmony system of society--natural--economic, so as to better serve the humanhealth.
