摘要
目的探讨高速涡轮钻在拔除下颌低位阻生智齿中的临床优越性。方法对160例下颌低位阻生智齿随机分为两组,分别采用凿骨劈开法和高速涡轮钻辅助法拔除,观察患者手术时间、疼痛程度、张口受限程度以及干槽症的发生情况。结果用高速涡轮钻辅助法拔除的,在手术时间和术后反应上均优于凿骨劈开法,有显著性差异。结论高速涡轮钻在拔除下颌低位阻生智齿中能明显的缩短手术时间,减少术后反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate clinical superiority of high speed turbine drill in extraction of impacted mandibular third molars. Methods 160 cases of impacted mandibular third molars were randomly divided into two groups respectively,using cut bone splitting technique and high speed turbine drill assisted extraction. The operation time,the degree of pain,the limitation of mouth opening and the occurrence of dry socket were observed. Results Extraction of wisdom teeth,assisted by using high speed air turbine drill,the operation time and postoperative reaction were better than cutting bone splitting technique,there was a significant difference. Conclusions High- speed turbine tooth drill in extraction of impacted mandibular third molars could obviously shorten the operation time and reduce postoperative reaction,which was worth to be spread.
