摘要
利用赤芝发酵西洋参须根,对产物-菌质成分进行了测定。结果表明:菌质人参皂苷含量为7.6%,高于发酵基质,灵芝三萜酸含量为0.02%,低于赤芝子实体;单体人参皂苷Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rb3含量显著低于基质,Rd含量明显增加,含有稀有皂苷C-K,其含量高达9.65 mg/g。菌质中含有人参皂苷和灵芝三萜酸双重药效成分。
Ganoderma lucidum is utilized to ferment American ginseng (Panax quinquefolium L. ) fibrous roots, and the active constituents of the solid-state fermentation substance of ganoderma lingzhi were determined. The content of total ginsenosides is 7.6% in fermentation substance, higher than that of fermentation substrate. Content of ganoderma triterpenes is 0. 02%, lower than that of the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum. Content of Rb1 , Rc, Rb2 and Rb3 is lower than that of fermentation substrate, Rd content is obviously increased. Fermentation substance contains rare saponins C-K, the content of which is up to 9.65 mg/g. Fermentation substance contains double-efficacy compositions of ginsenosides and ganoderma triterpenes.
