儿童急性上呼吸道感染应用鼻腔冲洗辅助治疗观察患儿鼻塞睡眠质量的疗效

Observation of Treatment of Children with Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection by Nasal Cavity Irrigation and the Effect of Sleep Quality in Patients with Nasal Obstruction

目的探讨鼻腔冲洗辅助治疗儿童上呼吸道感染对其鼻塞和睡眠质量的影响。方法选择2013-01—2015-02间收治的260例上呼吸道感患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组各130例,均给予常规治疗,实验组同时给予鼻腔冲洗治疗。结果实验组的有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);经过治疗后,实验组睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻腔冲洗辅助治疗儿童上呼吸道感染能明显改善患儿的症状,改善其睡眠质量,适合在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of nasal irrigation as adjuvant therapy for children with upper respiratory tract infection of the nasal obstruction and sleep quality. Methods Selecting 260 cases with upper respiratory tract sense as the object from January,2013 to February,2015 in the hospital,and randomly dividing them into experimental group and control group,with 130 cases in each group. The control group were given conventional treatment,and the experimental group received nasal irrigation treatment. Results The efficiency of the experimental group is higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In the experimental group,the symptom disappearance time is shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,sleep quality score in the experimental group was lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nasal washing adjuvant treatment of children acute upper respiratory tract infection obviously improves the children＇s symptoms,and improves their sleep quality. So it is suitable for clinical application.
