Ex-PRESS引流器治疗开角型青光眼的临床应用

Clinical Application of Ex-PRESS Drainage Device for the Treatment of Primary Open-angle Glaucoma

目的探究Ex-PRESS引流器治疗开角型青光眼的临床效果。方法选取40例开角型青光眼患者作为本次实验研究对象。结果两组患者均成功完成手术,治疗组患者手术时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组并发症率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后3个月眼压控制及视力情况明显优于对照组,治疗组使用药物率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Ex-PRESS引流器植入术治疗开角型青光眼成功率高,手术时间短,术后并发症少,使用抗青光眼药物少,安全性高,患者眼压控制好,具有较高临床应用与推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical application of Ex- PRESS drainage device for the treatment of primary open- angle glaucoma. Methods 40 cases diagnosed open- angle glaucoma were selected as the research objects. Results Patients of two groups successfully completed surgery. Surgery time and hospital stay in patients with treatment group was obviously shorter than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; complication rate of the treatment group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the condition of the control group and treatment group 3 months after intraocular pressure control and vision was better than control group. Drug use rate of treatment group was obviously lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Ex- PRESS drainage device implantation in the treatment of primary open- angle glaucoma has high success rate,with shorter operation time and shorter hospitalization time and less postoperative complications. The method could use less glaucoma medications,and have high safety and better intraocular pressure control,therefore it has high clinical application and popularization value.
