CT血管成像对腹主动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床评价价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨CT血管成像(CTA)对腹主动脉粥样硬化斑块的评价价值。方法选取2014-05—2015-05间诊治的腹主动脉粥样硬化患者50例为研究对象,均接受CT腹主动脉成像,观察腹主动脉CTA对腹主动脉及其1级分支腹腔干、肠系膜上动脉、肠系膜下动脉、左肾动脉及右肾动脉斑块显示情况。分析腹主动脉及其1级分支斑块的类型。结果 CT血管成像显示50例患者均存在腹主动脉主干动脉粥样硬化斑块,共显示斑块188处。其中,肠系膜上动脉存在斑块患者例数(37例)及斑块数量(52处)均最多。CTA显示软斑块(59例,17.1%)、钙化斑块(160例,46.2%)及混合斑块(127例,36.7%),其中钙化斑块比例最高,软斑块比例最低。结论 CTA可以清晰显示腹主动脉及其分支动脉硬化斑块的存在,并可以对斑块类型进行分析。 Objective To investigate the value of CT angiography( CTA) in the evaluation of abdominal aortic atherosclerotic plaques.Methods 50 patients with abdominal aortic atherosclerosis were selected from May,2014 to May,2015. They were given CT abdominal aortic imaging,and abdominal aortic CT angiography( CTA) was observed in the abdominal aorta and its 1 branch of the celiac trunk,superior mesenteric artery,superior mesenteric artery,left renal artery and right renal artery plaques. Analysis of the type of abdominal aorta and its 1- grade branches was done. Results CT angiography showed that 50 patients had abdominal aortic atherosclerotic plaques,with total display of 188 patches. Among them,there were cases of superior mesenteric artery( 37) and patch number( 52). CT angiography( CTA) showed soft plaque( 59 cases,17. 1%),calcified plaque( 160 cases,46. 2%) and mixed plaque( 127 cases,36. 7%). The proportion of calcified plaque was the highest,and the proportion of soft plaque was the lowest. Conclusion CT angiography( CTA) could clearly show the presence of abdominal aorta and its branch arteries,and could be analyzed by the patch type.
