海军军人生活事件、社会支持对抑郁影响的路径分析

Path analysis on the effect of navy personnel life events and social support on depression

目的：探究海军某部官兵生活事件、社会支持与抑郁的相关关系及其作用途径。方法使用军人生活事件量表、军人社会支持量表、抑郁自评量表对1443名海军官兵进行问卷调查，采用SPSS 18．0统计软件进行数据分析，采用 AMOS 7．0构建生活事件及社会支持对抑郁的影响路径。结果海军军人生活事件与抑郁的发生呈显著正相关（r ＝0．400，P ＜0．05）；海军官兵的社会支持与抑郁水平呈显著负相关（r ＝－0．378，P ＜0．05）；构建生活事件、社会支持影响抑郁的路径模型，生活事件和社会支持对抑郁的预测率为0．40。结论海军军人生活事件促使抑郁发生，社会支持在生活事件对抑郁的影响过程中起到了缓冲保护作用，其作用途径有待进一步研究。

Objective To investigate the relationship between navy life events/social support and depression,as well as their route of interaction.Methods Military Personnel Life Event Scale,Military Personnel Social Support Scale and Mobile Investigation Center Depression Self-evaluation Scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 1 443 Navy personnel.SPSS 18.0 software was applied to perform variance analysis of the data obtained,and AMOS 7.0 was used to analyze the route of interaction on depression between life events and social support.Results （1 ）Navy personnel life events were positively correlated with the occurrence of depression （r =0.400,P 〈0.01）.（2）Social support was significantly negatively correlated with the depression level（r =-0.378,P 〈0.01）.（3）Through the establishment of the impact model of life events and social support on depression,the predicted rate of life event and social support on depression was 0.40. Conclusions Life events facilitated the occurrence of depression in navy personnel,and social support could neutralize the level of depression brought about by unexpected life events.
