某舰亚丁湾护航期间疾病谱调查分析

Analysis of the disease spectrum disclosed by the medical team of a certain flotilla during the Aden Gulf escort mission

目的：探讨某舰亚丁湾护航期间官兵疾病发生特点和规律，为更好地执行护航医疗保障任务提供启示。方法采用回顾某编队医疗所亚丁湾护航期间门、急诊伤病登记记录的方法，分析护航官兵疾病分布特点和规律。结果815例次伤病员诊断进入统计，呼吸系统、运动系统、皮肤科疾病位于系统发病的前3位，占发病总例数的75．09％；上呼吸道感染、软组织外伤、皮癣分别占疾病构成比的35．83％、7．12％、5．89％；手术及需要深度医疗的疾病发生比率较低，以外伤和感染性疾病为主，散发于多个系统中。结论护航期间官兵疾病发生谱和舰船环境、远航生活特点和个人体质及远航经验可能相关；疾病防控应注重卫生宣教和环境的改造，建立个人健康档案和疾病预警，同时医疗人员和医疗物资的配备应与远航疾病分布规律相适应。

Objective To study the feature and regular pattern of the diseases in navy personnel of a certain vessel during the Aden Gulf escort mission.Methods A retrospective survey was made on the registry of outpatient medical care and emergence disease and injury to analyze disease distribution feature and pattern among the escort personnel during the Aden Gulf escort mission.Results The diagnoses of 815 patients with diseases or injuries were recruited for the study.The 5 top disorders involved the respiratory system,the motor system and the dermal system,accounting for 75.09% of total cases.Upper respiratory tract infection,soft tissue injury and dermatophytosis respectively accounted for 35.83%,7.12% and 5.89% of the disease spectrum.The incidence of diseases requiring surgery and further medical care was relatively lower,with trauma or injury and infectious diseases as prevalent disorders.Conclusions The disease spectrum during the escort mission might be closely associated with the ship environment,the daily life features during prolonged deployment,fitness of individuals and personal marine life experience as well.With regard to disease control, efforts should be devoted to health education and improvement of ship environmental conditions, the establishment of personal health records,as well as pre-warning of disease outbreak.At the same time,the manning of medical personnel and medical supplies should conform to the distribution pattern of diseases during escort.
