应用气流物理柔软技术进行裂片型超纤革开纤工艺的实践

摘要 将气流物理柔软技术应用于复合型超纤革的后整理工艺,可提高基布的开纤率以及手感等性能,且整理过程可以不用或少用柔软剂等化学品,符合清洁生产要求。 Airflow technology was used in fiber splitting process of split type superfine fiber artificial leather, and the splitting rate and hand feel were improved after the treatment. Airflow technology could also decrease or eliminate the use of softening agent, which met the requirement of cleaner production.
