犬肠道乳酸有益菌的分离鉴定及生物学特性研究 被引量:2

Isolation and identification of canine intestinal lactic acid-producing probiotics and study on their biological properties

摘要 为了鉴定10株犬肠道产乳酸有益菌并探索其生物学特性,试验观察了其形态,进行了基因序列分析和16SrDNA基因同源性比较,以耐受性和急性毒性试验分析了菌株的耐受性和毒性。结果表明:10株分离菌分别为粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌、植物乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌;4种菌在pH值为2~10、温度为37.50℃和胆盐浓度为0.2%-0.6%中耐受力较强,且为无毒菌株。 To identify ten isolates of intestinal lactic acid -producing probioties in canine and investigate their biological properties, the mor- phology was observed in the test. Sequence analysis was performed, and homologous comparison was also with 16S rRNA gene, and the toler- ance and toxicity of the isolates were analyzed by the tolerance and acute toxicity tests. The results showed that the ten isolates were Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium, Plant lactobacillus and Lactobacillus acidophilus. The four kinds of bacteria had stronger tolerance under the conditions of pH of 2 to 10, temperature of 37 to 50 ℃ and bile salt concentration of 0.2% to 0.4%, and were non - toxic strains.
