摘要
为了鉴定导致湖北省某养猪场猪只急性死亡的致病菌,并控制该猪场病情,试验采用PCR方法对菌株进行鉴定与分型,再对分离菌进行药敏试验和致病性试验。结果表明:该病原菌为非1,2,7,9型的其他型猪链球菌,具有致病性,可导致小鼠死亡;该病原菌对头孢菌素、青霉素、氨苄西林、氯霉素、利福平、万古霉素、阿莫西林、氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星等高度敏感,对环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、复方新诺明、四环素中度敏感,对丁胺卡那霉素、多黏霉素B、磺胺甲基异唑、林可霉素等具有较强的耐药性。说明该猪场致病菌为猪链球菌,且可使用头孢菌素和青霉素等药物进行治疗。
To identify the pathogenic bacterium causing acute death in pigs from a certain pig farm in Hubei Province and control the disease, the strain was identified and classified using PCR method in the test. Drug susceptibiliy test and animal pathogenicity test were carried out for the strain. The result showed that the pathogenic bacterium was another serotype Streptococcus suis, not serotype 1 or serotype 2, not serotype 7 or serotype 9,but it had the pathogenicity, which could lead to death in mice. The bacterium was highly sensitive to cephalosporin, penicillin, ampieillin, chluroamphenicol, rifampicin, vancomycin, amoxicillin, ofloxacin and levofloxacin, and moderately sensitive to ciprofloxacin, enro- floxacin, cotrimoxazole and tetracycline, but resistant to amikacin, polymyxin B sulfate, sulfamethoxazole and lincomycin. The results indicate that the pathogenic bacterium in the pig farm is Streptococcus suis, and cephalosporin, penicillin, and other drugs can be used for the treatment of the disease.
