《儿童骨髓异常增生综合征诊治一中国专家共识》的理解与实践

Understanding and practice of ＂the Chinese expert consensus for the diagnosis and treatment of childhood my- elodysplastic syndromes＂

儿童骨髓异常增生综合征（MDS）发病率较低，临床诊治难度较大。近期中华医学会儿科学分会血液学组推荐的《儿童骨髓增生异常综合征诊断与治疗一中国专家共识》是为提高我国临床对于儿童MDS的认识和诊治疗效，促进相关研究等具有很高学术意义的指导性文件。为了有助于该专家共识的有效推广，现结合近年国内外相关文献，归纳临床诊治方面的实践，以期对临床有一定参考价值。

Childhood myelodysplastic syndromes（MDS） is a disease with lower incidence and very difficult in clinical diagnosis and treatment. ＂The Chinese expert consensus for the diagnosis and treatment of childhood myelodys- plastic syndromes＂ recently recommended by Subspeciahy Group of Hematology,the Society of Pediatrics,Chinese Me- dical Association, is a high academic significance of guidance documents to improve the efficacy of diagnosis and treat- ment, as well as relevant research of children with MDS in our country. This paper combined with the relevant lite-rature review at home and abroad in recent years and summed up the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment, in order to contribute the promotion of this consensus of the experts.
