亚洲公民教育的特点与启示——基于《2009国际公民教育调研亚洲报告》的分析

摘要 亚洲的公民教育在其发展的进程中表现出独特的区域特点。对于学生公民意识以及公民素养的培养而言,在相似地域文化背景下,不同国家和地区的教育状况,既有个性,也有共性。本文基于对国际教育成就评价协会组织的第三次国际公民素养调研2009亚洲报告结果的分析,揭示出亚洲公民教育呈现的共同特点,这对公民与道德教育有所启发,可以为未来亚洲地区公民教育的实施与发展提供借鉴。 The development of Asian civic and citizenship education has showed regional cultural characteristics. In different countries or regions with similar cultures, there are both differences and similarities in the cultivation of students' civic and their awareness of citizenship. Based on the ICCS 2009 Asian Report conducted by IEA, the common features among the Asian civic education have been revealed, which may have some inspiration on the civic and morality education. The implementation and the development of Asian civic education in the future can also be adapted from the ICCS 2009 Asian Report.
