Pt/硅藻土催化剂的制备及其催化硅氢加成反应的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以硅藻土为载体,利用浸渍法将Pt负载于硅藻土,制备Pt/硅藻土催化剂,通过红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、氮气吸附-脱附和XRD对催化剂的结构和Pt的负载情况进行了表征,利用热重仪、ICP等方法分别考察了该催化剂的热稳定性和Pt含量,且对该催化剂催化辛烯与甲基二氯硅烷硅氢加成反应的工艺进行了探究。结果表明,Pt成功负载于硅藻土中,其与硅藻土形成了Si-O-Pt键,且具有良好的热稳定性。在无溶剂下,当Pt/硅藻土催化剂用量为0.15g、辛烯与甲基二氯甲烷的摩尔比为52、反应温度为40℃、反应时间4h,辛烯的转化率高达90%,循环4次使用后,其对辛烯的转化率仍达88%。该催化剂显示了很高的催化活性和稳定性,具有应用价值。 Using diatomite as carrier, the diatomite supported Pt catalyst was prepared via impregnation method. The catalyst was characterized by using a combination of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, Nitrogen adsorption-desorption, X-Ray Diffraction, Thermogravimetric A- nalysis and Inductively Coupled Plasma, respectively. The catalytic application in hydrosilylation of octane (C8) and methyl dichlorosilane (DCMS) were investigated. The result turned out that Pt was successfully supported on diatomite with forming Si-O-Pt bond,whose content was 8.09 ppm and diatomite supported Pt catalyst had good thermostability. Without solvent,the conversion rate of octane was 90% when the re- action was conducted with a 5 - 2 molar ratio of C8.DCMS in the presence of 0.15g catalyst at 40℃ for 4. 0 h. And the catalyst could be reused four times without significant loss of activity. It had excellent catalyt- ic activity and stability, and hence is significant to practical applications.
