葡萄糖识别单体3-丙烯酰胺基苯硼酸的制备

摘要 以3-氨基苯硼酸和丙烯酸为原料在缩合剂EDAC的作用下,合成了AAPBA,通过ICP,IR和1HNMR表征了其组成和结构,考察了反应条件对AAPBA产率的影响。结果表明,当初始反应液p H为4.9,反应温度<10℃,反应时间为10h,AAPBA的产率为47.6%。p H在5左右,EDAC的活性较高。合成反应条件温和、易于控制。 AAPBA was synthesized with 3-aminobenzeneboronie acid and acrylic acid as raw materials and 1- ethyl-3- (3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide as coupling reagent, and characterized by means of ICP, IR, and 1 HNMR. The effects of the conditions of reactions showed the yield of AAPBA was 47.6% when the pH of o on the yield of AAPBA were studied. The results riginal solution was 4. 9, the reaction time was the temperature was 〈 10℃, and. The activity of EDAC was high when pH was about 5. The synthesis processes have the advantages of mild reaction condition, easy operation and controllability.
