摘要
研究由折流板型太阳能空气集热器和干燥箱组成的太阳能干燥装置的集热效果和最佳连接方式。结果表明,在西安夏季晴天时,集热器出口最高温度和平均温度分别为82.10℃和72.89℃,其最高效率和平均效率分别达到76.18%和71.32%。提出了评价集热器与干燥器连接效能的方法,并通过对4组试验情况的对比,得到当干燥装置采用机械对流时,集热器与干燥箱的最佳连接方式是机械对流循环且气体上进下出。
A kind of solar drying device which was composed of a baffle-plate solar air collector and a drying box was employed to test the efficiency of solar collector, and the optimized connection between solar collector and drying box. It results that the averaged heat exchanger efficiency of the collector is 71.32% for the average solar irradiance of 707. 11W/m2 and air flow rate of 0. 018kg/s in Xi'an in summer. An assessment for connecting efficiency of solar collector and drying box is proposed. It proved that the optimized mode of the connection between solar collector and drying box is upper entrance and lower exit under blowing air condition.
