Satoshi Omura,the discoverer of the avermectin

2015年诺贝尔医学及生理学奖得主大村智(1935—)长期从事微生物活性物质研究,所发现avermectin(阿维菌素)被誉为20世纪自青霉素以来对人类贡献的最重大发明之一。本文从大村智的家庭背景,求学经历,师承关系,工作环境,学术交往为主线,试图厘清深刻影响其学术成就的关键节点和重要事件,以真实反映其学术思想、观点形成、发展过程。

Satoshi Omura whose finding ＂ avermectin＂ has been honored as one of the most important inventions for human health since penicillin was discovered in 20 century. He won the Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine in 2015 for this. Based on his family background, educational experience, succession of teachings, working condition and academic exchange, this paper tries to sort important events and key points out which contribute to his academic achievements, so that his academic thinking, view formation and development could been fully reflected.
