两株广西地不容内生真菌的抑菌活性研究 被引量:10

摘要 从广西地不容块根分离出白壳菌Albonectria rigidiuscula DBR-3和黑孢霉属Nigrospora sp.DBR-5两株内生真菌,以15种动物病原菌和10种植物病原真菌为供试菌,对两株内生真菌的抑菌活性进行测定。结果表明,DBR-3对动物病原菌和植物病原真菌均有抑菌活性,其发酵产物的乙酸乙酯萃取物对12种动物病原菌的MIC为0.625~10 g/L,对10种植物病原真菌的EC50值为0.3437~7.7094 g/L。DBR-5对植物病原真菌的抑菌活性好,但对动物病原菌的抑菌活性差,DBR-5发酵产物的乙酸乙酯萃取物对10种植物病原真菌的EC50值为0.0124~0.6112 g/L,明显高于DBR-3对植物病原真菌的抑菌活性。 DBR-3 and DBR-5 were two endophytic fungal strains isolated from the root tubers of Stephania kwangsiensis Lo.. They were identified as Albonectria rigidiuscula and Nigrospora sp.. 15 animal pathogens and 10 plant pathogenic fungi were used as indicators to conduct the microbial inhibition experiment of the two endophytic fungi. The results showed that DBR-3 presented inhibitory activity against the tested animal pathogens and plant pathogenic fungi. The MIC values of acetyl acetate extract from DBR-3 fermentation product against the 12 tested animal pathogens were 0.625-10 g/L, and the ECs0 values to the 10 tested plant pathogenic fungi were 0.3437-7.7094 g/L. DBR-5 had high inhibitory activity against the tested plant pathogenic fungi, but low inhibitory activity against the tested animal pathogens. The ECso values of acetyl acetate extract from DBR-5 fermentation product to the 10 tested plant pathogenic fungi were 0.0124-0.6112 g/L.
