摘要
为了解决汽轮机油常用防锈剂十二烯基丁二酸(T746)水流失性问题,根据防锈剂作用原理,选择更长碳链烯基,合成长链烯基丁二酸和烯基丁二酸半酯2种防锈剂,并按美军标MIL-17331J中规定的方法,对其在汽轮机油中的耐水洗性能、防锈性能和对润滑油破乳化性能的影响进行研究。结果表明,合成的2种长碳链羧酸及半酯作为防锈剂具有较好的防锈性能,与防锈剂T746相比具有较好的耐水洗性能,与常用破乳剂T1001具有较好的相容性,可以作为新的汽轮机油耐水洗防锈剂。
In order to reduce the mass loss of dodecyl phenyl succinic acid rust bine oils due to water-washing, according to the action principle of rust inhibitor, inhibitor(T746) commonly used in turthrough increasing the length of carbon chain,two kinds of long chain alkenyl succinic acid and half ester were synthesized.The water-washing properties and corrosion inhibiting performance in the turbine oils, and the effect on the de-emulsibility of oil were evaluated according to the method specified in the US military standard MIL-17331J.The results show that the new rust inhibitors present excellence corrosion inhibiting and better water-resistance properties compared with T746.These two kinds of additives have good compatibility with commonly used de-emulsifier T1001, which can be used as new water-resistance rust inhibitor of turbine oils.
