摘要 研究超声波消泡、负压消泡、正压消泡、管路清洗次数及不同实验人员因素对遮光法自动颗粒计数器污染度测量结果的影响。结果表明:超声波、负压和正压方法都能有效消除油样中的气泡;设备管路越清洁,对污染度等级测量结果的影响越小;实验的各种因素对大于14μm颗粒的污染度等级测量结果的影响最大。 The influencing factors of light extinction automatic particle counters measurement results are studied, such as ultrasonic defoaming, negative pressure defoaming, positive pressure defoaming, the frequencies of pipeline cleaning and different test personnel.The results show that the method of ultrasonic, negative pressure and positive pressure can effectively defoam in the samples.The more clean the line of equipment,the less impact to the measurement results of contamination level.The above mentioned influencing factors have a marked impact to contamination level of the debris whose size is larger than 14 microns.
