摘要
采用微波消解法对润滑油样品进行前处理,通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP.OES)对S,P,Si3种微量非金属元素进行检测,确定仪器的最优分析参数,如波长、发射功率、雾化器流量、观测高度等,并建立微波消解、ICP-OES测定润滑油微量非金属元素的方法。该方法加标回收率为93%-101.2%,精密度小于3%,是一种快捷、准确检测润滑油中的微量非金属元素的方法。
Microwave digestion was used as the efficient method for lubricating oil samples pretreatment. Three trace nonmetal elements of S, P and Si in lubricating oil were detected by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer(ICP-OES) .The optimum analysis parameters of the instrument were established, such as wavelength, emission power, flux of sprayer and height of viewing, and the determination method of trace nonmetal elements in lubricating oil by ICP-OES and microwave digestion was established. The spiked recoveries of the method are in the range of 93% to 101.2%, and the relative standard deviations( n=7) are no more than 3%.It is a efficient, accurate and sensitive method for the determination of trace non-metal elements in the lubricating oils.
