三阴型乳腺浸润性癌中膜突蛋白高表达及与临床病理的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨膜突蛋白(Moesin)在乳腺浸润性癌中的表达及其与乳腺浸润性癌临床病理及不同分子亚型的相关性。方法:采用组织芯片免疫组化SP法,检测120例乳腺浸润性癌及53例癌旁正常组织中Moesin蛋白的表达。结果 :(1)Moesin在乳腺浸润性癌的阳性表达率51.67%(62/120)明显高于癌旁正常乳腺组织5.66%(3/53),Moesin表达与组织学分级、临床TNM分期及有淋巴结转移呈正相关(均P<0.01);(2)Moesin表达与Ki-67高增殖指数(≥14%)、CK5/6及EGFR表达呈正相关,与ER及PR表达呈负相关(均P<0.01);(3)Moesin在三阴型乳腺浸润性癌的阳性表达率(89.58%,43/48)明显高于其他分子亚型(P<0.01),以基底细胞样型阳性率最高(22/23,95.65%);(4)Moesin表达与Luminal A型呈负相关,与三阴型呈正相关(均P<0.01);但与Luminal B、HER-2过表达型不相关(P>0.05)。结论:高表达Moesin与乳腺浸润性癌的发生发展密切相关,尤其三阴型乳腺浸润性癌有更高的表达,Moesin可为三阴型乳腺浸润性癌临床基因治疗提供新靶点。
