摘要
以腐殖酸作为原料,丙烯酸作为单体,过硫酸钾作为反应引发剂,通过溶液接枝共聚法制备腐殖酸丙烯酸接枝共聚物型水煤浆分散剂。通过实验,确定最佳合成工艺路线为:丙烯酸与腐殖酸物料比为0.45∶1、引发剂用量4%、反应温度70℃,反应时间2.5 h。该条件下,对分散剂进行红外、热重表征,可知该分散剂具有腐殖酸系水煤浆分散剂的优点:分散性好,稳定性高,成浆性能强。
Using humic acid as raw material, acrylic acid as monomer, potassium persulfate as initiator, humic acid acrylic acid graft copolymer CWS dispersant was synthesized by the solution graft copolymerization method. The best synthesis conditions were determined as follows: mass ratio of acrylic acid to humic acid 0.45:1,amount of initiator 4%,reaction temperature 70 ℃ ,reaction time 2.5 h.The coal water slurry dispersant synthesized under above conditions was characterized by IR and TG. The results show that this dispersant has some remarkable advantages, such as well disparity, high stabihty, and so on.
