摘要 为了评价醇溶剂与丙酮丁酸梭菌ATCC 55025生物相容性,通过膜临界浓度模型计算出ATCC 55025膜临界浓度,可以用来指导溶剂筛选。实验中选择了14种醇溶剂,用溶剂的亲水疏水相互作用参数log Poct关联代谢活性来评价14种醇溶剂的对ATCC 55025生物相容性;通过对5种生物不相容醇溶剂稀释的方法,采用膜临界浓度模型计算出了丙酮丁酸梭菌ATCC 55025的膜临界浓度。结果表明:当醇溶剂的log Poct大于7的时候,该溶剂于ATCC 55025是相容的;ATCC 55025耐受的临界液相溶剂浓度是52.23 m M;这将为促进发酵和丁醇原位发酵萃取溶剂筛选提供了理论支持。 In order to evaluate the biocompatibility of clostridium acetobutylicum (ATCC 55025) with alcohol solvents, the critical membrane concentration model was used to calculate the critical membrane concentration of clostridium acetobutylicum (ATCC 55025) which could provide guidance for solvent screening. 14 Alcohol solvents were selected, the biocompatibility of clostridium acetobutylicum (ATCC 55025) with alcohol solvents was evaluated, and the critical membrane concentration of clostridium acetobutylicum (ATCC 55025) was calculated by the critical membrane concentration model. The results show that alcohol solvent with log Pact values above 7 is very hydrophobic and biocompatible with the microorganism (ATCC 55025); and the critical membrane concentration for ATCC 55025 is 52.23 mM. This paper can be used as guide for selecting solvents for whole cell biocatalysis to improve the fermentation.
