摘要
以3-6mm兰炭粉末为原料,用物理法和物理化学法活化制备活性炭,重点研究了时间、温度、水蒸气用量、浸渍比和浸渍时间对成品碘吸附值的影响,并对成品做了性能表征。结果表明,物理活化法可制备出比表面积达463.26m2/g的活性炭,其碘吸附值达768mg/g,收率达为46.25%;物理化学法制备的活性炭比表面积为571.31m2/g,碘吸附值达932mg/g,收率41.88%。孔径分析结果表明,二者的孔径主要集中在3-8nm,属中孔发达的活性炭。
Preparation of activated carbon from 3-6 mm blue-coke powder by physical activation and physical-chemistry activation was studied. The influence of activated time and temperature, steam flow, dipping ratio and dipping time on the activated carbon iodine sorption value was investigated. The activated carbon product was characterized. The results show that, the specific surface-area of activated carbon prePared by physical activation is 463.26 m2/g, the iodine adsorption value is 768 mg/g and the yield of product is 46.25%; while the specific surface-area of activated carbon prepared by physical-chemical activation is 571.31 m2/g, the iodine adsorption value is 932 mg/g, the yield of product is 41.88%. The pore analysis results show that the pore size of both activated carbon is 3-8 nm, and belongs to middle pore size.
