摘要
在石油化工装置设计过程中,塔器裙座高度的设计是管道专业非常重要的一项工作。影响塔器裙座高度有三个主要因素:重沸器安装高度,泵安装高度以及塔与重沸器之间管道布置情况。通过结合国内某项目,详细计算了重沸器、泵的安装高度并分析了管道布置形式,从而得出塔器裙座高度的具体确定方法。
In the process of designing petrochemical unit, it is very important to determine the tower skirt height. There are three dominant factors affecting the height of the tower skirt, including the reboiler installation height, the pump installation height and piping layout between tower and reboiler. In this paper, the calculation procedure of tower skirt height was obtained by calculating the installation height of the reboiler and pump, and by analyzing the piping layout in an isomerization project.
