摘要
通过建立连续油管在卷筒上的力学分析模型,结合截面轴力和弯矩表达式,计算得到了松驰角度与张紧力、卷筒扭矩之间的关系模型,为现场实际合理选择连续油管的松弛角度及给定合适的马达扭矩提供了理论依据,同时也为分析连续油管疲劳寿命提供了重要参数。
Through establishing a mechanics analysis model of coiled tubing on the drum, combining the axial force and bending moment expression, the model for the relationship between the angle of relaxation and tension force, rolling torque was calculated, which could provide a theoretical basis for on-site actual and reasonable choice of coiled tubing laxity angulation and setting the appropriate motor torque, and could provide important parameters for coiled tubing fatigue life analysis.
