摘要
介绍了干气密封技术在C5分离装置塔釜泵的首次应用,详细比较了干气密封与机械密封的性能,并对干气密封结构的维护和运行经验进行了总结。通过与传统机械密封的比较,得出干气密封在碳五分离装置塔釜泵的应用中比机械密封具有更长的使用寿命,更高的可靠性、更低的功率损耗及更低的总体使用成本。该研究可为技术人员在类似装置的密封技术的选择、使用提供指导。
The first application of dry gas seal technique in pumps of the C5 separation plant was introduced. The performance of dry gas seal and mechanical seal was compared in detail, and the maintenance and operation experiences of dry gas seal structure were summarized. Compared with the traditional mechanical seal, the dry gas seal has many advantages, such as longer service life, higher reliability and lower power loss.
