The scale of the air-conveying pipeline in post-processing unit of styrene-butadiene rubber has a serious impact on the steady operation and the quality of the product. In this paper, composition of the scale was analyzed; combined with the production practice, the concrete measures were put forward to eliminate the problem of pipe scale and to ensure product quality.
