数字化工厂下全生命周期工程材料编码系统研究

Research on Full Life Cycle Engineering Materials Code System in Digital Factory

通过编制适合自身特点的阀门编码体系,并集成到三维工厂化设计软件PDMS中的管道材料等级库中,运用于工程项目的设计、采购、施工等工程全周期的各个阶段,实现了无偏差的材料控制,提高了项目实施的效率,为数字化工厂的建设进行了有益的尝试。

A suitable valve code system was compiled, and it was integrated into piping material classes in 3D software PDMS. The code system can be utilized in design, procurement and construction of project for achieving material control without deviation, thus improving the efficiency of the project implementation.
