摘要
建立固相微萃取气相色谱法测定浓海水中2,4,6-三氯酚和五氯酚,并进行了测量结果不确定度评定。重点分析了样品采集、标准溶液制备、校准曲线回归、前处理方法等分量引入的不确定度,合成标准不确定度,通过乘以95%概率下的扩展因子2,获得测量结果的扩展不确定度。
A method was developed for determining 2,4,6-trichlorophenol and pentachlorophenol in concentrated seawater by gas chromatography with headspace solid phase micro-extraction, and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated. The sources of uncertainty produced in analysis process were discussed, and sample collection, preparation of standard solution, standard curve regression, dilution of sample, pre-treatment process, etc. were considered as the main sources of the measurement uncertainty. And the expanded uncertainty was obtained from synthetic standard uncertainty multiplied by expanded factor of 2 under the confidence level of 95%.
