摘要
采用微波消解一电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)分析了加氢催化剂工业废水中w、Mo、Ni、Co、P、So 24-、Mg、K、Fe、Na、Al共11种元素的含量,样品采用硝酸消解,11种元素的方法检出限依次为0.020、0.012L、0.015、0.031、0.023、0.034、0.019、0.016、0.024、0.011和0.014μg/mL。相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于3%,加标回收率均在97%~104%之间。该方法快速便捷、精密度和准确度好,为及时、准确地进行工业废水的分析监测与管理工作提供了有力的技术支持。
After the industrial wastewater sample of hydrogenation catalyst was digested with HNO3 by microwave digestion method, contents of W, Mo, Ni, Co, P, SO42-, Mg, K, Fe, Na and Al in the industrial wastewater of hydrogenation catalyst were determined by atomic emission inductively coupled plasma spectrometry (ICP-AES). The results show that the element detection limits of W, Mo, Ni, Co, P, SO42-, Mg, K, Fe, Na and Al are 0.020, 0.012, 0.015, 0.031, 0.023, 0.034, 0.019, 0.016, 0.024, 0.011, 0.014 la g/mL,respectively; the relative standard deviations (RSD) of the method are lower than 3%, and the recovery rates of ICP-AES method are between 97%~104%. So the microwave digestion-ICP-AES method has good precision and accuracy. This method is quick and convenient, which can provide strong technical support for analytic monitoring and management of the industrial wastewater of hydrogenation catalyst.
