Analysis on Influence of Sampling Process on Water Cut Determining Result of Heavy Oil From Heavy Oil Well

基于稠油本身流动特性,诸多因素影响稠油井口人工取样结果。从稠油取样的实际操作情况以及对取样影响因素的分析,根据现场取样器建立三维模型并进行数值模拟,得出不同影响因素下取样含水率和实际含水率的差异值,分析各因素对取样精确性的影响规律。此研究可以优化取样工艺,为稠油井口取样的操作规程的完善提供理论依据。

Based on the flow property of heavy oil, many factors can affect hand sampling results of heavy oil well. Actual operation and influencing factors of the sampling were analyzed to perfect hand sampling process in different aspects. 3-D model of site sampling was built, and a numerical simulation was carried out, the difference values of actual water cut and hand sampling water cut were obtained.
