摘要
在油气集输、罐间输转、油罐车及铁路罐车等油品流通的多个环节存在原油损耗,原油损耗不仅降低油田经济效益,且污染环境。为了确定油田集输系统原油损耗的影响因素和损耗规律,针对辽河油田作业二区原油集输系统进行测试,分析了原油损耗规律。测试结果表明该区块原油集输系统原油损耗率为0.355%,全年损失原油1 716 t,井场原油损耗所占比例为76.34%,说明井口罐原油损耗受各因素影响最大,因此改造进罐井集输工艺可以有效降低该集输系统原油损耗。
There is crude oil loss in oil-gas gathering and transportation, transform among tanks, tankers and rail tankers and so on. The crude oil loss not only can reduce economic efficiency, but also can cause environmental pollution. To determine factors and laws about crude oil loss of gathering and transportation system, the gathering and transportation system of the second operation block in Liaohe oilfield was tested, and the laws of crude oil loss were analyzed. Test results show that the crude oil loss rate of gathering and transportation system of the block is 0.355%, the annual crude oil loss is 1 716 tons. The crude oil loss of well site accounts for 76.34%, which indicates that crude oil loss of the tanks of wellhead can be greatly affected by many factors. Therefore improving the gathering and transportation process of wells into the tank can reduce the loss of crude oil gathering and transportation system effectively.
