摘要
目前,页岩气田的集输系统设计主要参照常规天然气田的工艺规范,页岩气具有压力和产能衰减速率快、开采寿命长等显著特点。能否针对页岩气的特点和开采状况,设计出高效、节能的气田集气系统对促进页岩气资源的规模化与高效低成本开发具有重要意义。因此,基于最优化方法设计了该页岩气田的集输工艺流程。应用建立的优化模型对页岩气田进行计算,得出优化设计方案,与人工设计方案比对后,确定了最优设计方案。
Currently, design of shale gas field gathering system mainly refers to process specification of conventional gas fields; shale gas development has significant features, such as rapid decay rate of pressure and capacity, long exploitation life and so on. To design an efficient and energy-saving gas field gas gathering system based on characteristics and exploitation situation of shale gas is of great significance to promote large-scale and efficient low-cost development of shale gas resources. Therefore, the shale gas field gathering process was designed by optimized method. Optimized model was established to calculate shale gas field, and the optimal design was determined.
